Certikin
liners are manufactured using the latest technologies in design,
cutting and welding and constructed from vinyl's created from
leading raw material suppliers. All of the raw vinyl's are formulated
to provide excellent resistance to ultra violet exposure, micro
organism attack and chemically treated water.
The vinyl 'Bio-Pruf' treatment helps resist the growth of mould,
mildew and other odour causing germs.
Beading - Unless otherwise requested, all liners will be fitted
with extruded beading. The beading is designed to be a firm
fit into standard liner-lock to reduce the risk of the liner
coming out of the track at any stage. Beading is secured to
the liner wall with a specifically designed automated beading
machine which gives a continually level, smooth and strong fusion. |
